PS2 wireless??

hey guys. heres the thing: i got the socom 2 game and played it online and it was awesome. the thing is is that i was playing in the family room where its kinda small and crowded. im not allowed to have the internet in my room ( they dont know im using wireless right now to ask this question) so i cant play there (stringing an ethernet cable to my room is waaaaay outa the question) unless, i was somehow able to hook my PS2 up to my computer which gets the net, or get an adapter thats like wireless or something and use that. i gotta have the socom! by the way, i have one of the new slim-jim PS2's with the adapter built right in. and i have a wireless router and a modem. i tried using the modem but somehow the ps2 wont get the internet with it. you guys are my only chance from not going crazy from lack of online killing!

you know, i wasnt sure wether or not to post this here or in the pc part of this forum
