    wireless card doenst show up

I got the p5ad2-e premium mobo, which has a wireless card integrated on it. Recently I installed windows xp 64 bit, and I've been wanting to install my wireless card, but for some reason it doesn't show up

    here are my mobo specs:

I have tried installing drivers but nothing. Any ideas?

Also, I already updated my windows.

Yes they had. I downloaded them, and installed them, but it said that the card is not plugged in.

So the wireless was working fine before the upgrade? How's your device manager look...does the wireless adapter show up like it should? No !s to be found?

Yeah, I had windows xp sp1, and I reformated, and installed 64 bit, and no the integrated wireless card does not show up on device manager. It's just not showing up at all.. kind of when you have a i dont know an ipod connected, it shows up, and when you unplug it, it is gone... That's how it is right now (thinks the wireless card is unplugged) but it really is plugged in because it is integrated onto the mobo.

do you have any switch that needs to be on to turn on the wireless card ?

    install everest or aida
this program should get all your hardware information .. just to see if it will detect anything
