    403 Forbidden error.

     
    I understand what the error is sort of, but i have a laptop that for some reason or other the whole entire internet comes up with the 403 forbidden weather it be google.com, yahoo.com, techimo.com :P etc etc

    any help would be greatly appreciated

    have you scanned for any type of spyware? Is this on a home network?

    problem fixed....

    had a proxy setting from my isp from 8 months ago in IE, and was stuffing me...
