Hey guys second post of the day, got me a problem with my Wireless Router, its a Linksys WRT54G V.2 with the latest firmware, 2 walls inbetween and only 30 feet total travel distance. First off it seams like it goes jsut fine if no one is using any internet other then the wireless reciever. Linksys say, and this is a direct quote while i was on the phone " Sir i need you to move your desk and computer in to a different room to solve the problem. ill wate on the phone here while you do so." At this point i said some explicits at the forign annoyance. This was after 2 and a half hours sitting on the phone trying to translate this person. As well as taking apart my computer... changing countless setting... and jsut being a huge pain in the ass. So im out a total of 8 hours of linksys tech support. Still no internet and my mother wont stop complaining >.< So anyone know a way to fix this without spending any more money.
Also when we have had to reset the router with the reset button in the back all my port forwards are GONE , i figured so but is there any way to save them so i dont have to continually enter them every time my mother trys to solve the problem by pushing the button.
