this keeps popping up every so often

"Windows - System Error
There is an IP address conflict
with another system on the network"


why am i getting this error message?

because there is an ip conlfict,

that means there are 2 computers on the network with the same ip address,

and it's telling you to change one of them

thats not possible...i have 4 things connected and i know
for a fact that they all have different IPs...is it possible that
a computer that i dont know about is connecting to my internet
...possibly a neighbor?

maybe 2 of them have the same name on the network
