Yes, I am using a Buffalo router, and it works fantastic.

The one I am using is this: Buffalo WHR-G54S

Good luck with whatever you go with.

That Buffalo WHR-G54S looks like a good router. Here's a good discussion on it --> http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,17832301?hilite=buffalo+whr-g54s Mimo is the way to go.

I have an old Belkin Pre N that shmokes the new Belkin N1's (not the way to go).

i'm a little confused here..i just read thru most of the threads..some said that u have to get a router and a modem..cos some modems are not integrated with a router..so if i were to get the buffalo one..like u have mentioned..i do not need to get another modem, just that machine will do just fine..right?pls advice. thanks

Your hurricane 9000c is a DSL modem / router combo, so if you were to get a router-only device (like the buffalo router), you would need a separate DSL modem that has an ethernet interface (not a USB-only interface)
