Page cannot be displayed with uTorrent running

One of the computers on my network has randomly started having the problem that if uTorrent is running on it, whether it is downloading/uploading or not, it will start getting "Page cannot be displayed" errors on IE7 and Firefox. It is not just slow browsing or anything. The second it attempts to connect to the website, the error comes up. As soon as I close uTorrent I can browse perfectly again. The other computers on the network run utorrent constantly without a problem. Anyone have any ideas?

I get the same problem...If I seed and try 2 use any internet browser in wont connect...but it is random...and soon as i close Utorrent in work's fine!!!...Go me stuffed!!!
