Halo 3 online not working.
I just beat the campaign so that nobody online can spoil it for me, so I try heading online to join one of my buddies games. Sadly, I get this error message:
Thie party may have an incompatible network setup. Your setting is SRICT NAJ, which is the least compatible. Visit www.bungie.net/router for more information.
I went to the website and it told me that routers with UPnP work best. My router is a WGR614v2 and it has the UPnP option. Now, I'm not sure if it ever actually enables because it never gives me confirmation, it always says, "O enable UPnP." then I click apply and the same page comes up.
I also have a static ip set up.
Any help would be appreciated. I don't think they have any ports to forward...
I'm thinking of trying to change back to dynamic ip to see if UPnP works well enough alone.
Edit:
I found this website, didn't mean much to me personally...

I also downloaded the most recent firmware for my router.
Problem solved. Just incase the problem comes up for you, what you need to do is port forward your routher to UDP 88 and TCP/UDP 3724. Make sure the ip address that you're using is the one from your XBox, which you can find in your Network settings in the console.

Seems an ideal build for gaming PC. Invest fairly on processor and graphics card to deliver high performance. Take a look on Gigabyte stuff too.
Some help building a PC?
