UM, is my IPCONFIG borked?

After restarting my 'net access server, my connections seemed to be very slow in starting up.

I ran command, then IPCONFIG and recieved the following:

Its 2 diff adapters/cards, first one goes to my Lan, the second connects to the DSL line. I sincerely hope it isnt a NIC's driver. I guess my work is cut out for me if it is, I'll probably be working on it tomorrow after I get off work. Thanks.
