Downstream margin - Help needed

Im currently using a linksys AG241V2 and experiencing some problems, having regular connection drops just after the downstream margin reached incredibly high numbers.

Now I've searched around a little and read threads such as;
Downstream Margin: 2437159678 db

So the problem seems to be something about the snr, now keep in mind that im not very good at this kind of stuff and even though I think I might know the problem I have no idea what the solution is.

With such high noise levels I would request a line test & monitoring by the ISP.

As for possible issues on your end it could be a phone jack with a device on it that is missing a filter, or perhaps a malfunctioning filter. A firmware upgrade may also assist with the modem's handling of noise & synch issues:
