How to save/download vids from or-live.com?

hi!

i was wondering if anyone could let me know if its possible to save vids from the site called

OR-Live: Online Surgical and Healthcare Video and Webcasts

after u open the website, go to middle of the page whr it says Most Popular Webcasts.

please let me know if there is any way to save them.

they are webcasts, they are not intended for download consumption unless they offer a link for it. Consider contacting them and asking for permission or a download link.

One of the Webcasts I looked at real quick said something about Podcast & had "Download Now" in small text next to it, when rolling cursor over it, at bottom of browser window where it shows the full URL link for links on pages, it ended in an MP4 file...

thats what I'd look for, if you have a Media player that can play those MP4 files, you should be good to go, just download the Podcasts of the videos you want & should be able to watch on your PC later with a Media Player that can play it... or portable MP3/MP4 media player like an Ipod or something similar...
