DLINK DFL-700 dropped packets

Hi,

I don't usually have to look after firewall, but I do at the moment. My d-link dfl-700 is giving the following message :-
2008-08-27 15:45:16] <5>EFW: DROP: rule=Default_Access_Rule action=drop recvif=LAN srcip=212.240.xx.xxx destip=194.39.xxx.xx ipproto=ICMP ipdatalen=64 icmptype=ECHO_REPLY echoid=26374 echoseq=11

I have 6 Policy Areas - LAN->WAN, WAN->LAN, LAN->DMZ, DMZ->LAN, WAN->DMZ, DMZ->WAN.

Which of these do I change to get the packets though and what entry should I make?

I've tried a few things but nothing seems to work.
