Connecting 2 DSL lines into one router

I have one dsl (thru AT&T, static IP) running into netopia router, then into hub. I have 5 workstations, one network printer, and one server plugged into hub. All of the workstations can print to the network printer and see a shared drive on the server.

I added a second dsl line and at&t provided a second router with another static IP. I plugged two workstations into the second router (to increase speed on web).

currently the 2 routers are not connected

What do I need to do so that the 2 workstations hooked into router #2 can access the network printer and shared drive on the server?

I've been told to purchase an r series router will will allow me to plug the 2 dsl lines into it, then run to the hub, and connect all workstations, server, and nw printer into the hub? Is this the best way to go? thanks
