you need a program that can open an .iso file. either use a CD emulator or just burn the sucker to disc with a burning app.
for emulation/mounting, any of these can do the trick: List of ISO image software - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
powerISO is good, so is Daemon.
P.S. with the trademark symbols and link, this thing smells like spam
