wireless connection

HOW DO I GET BACK MY WIRELESS CONNECTION? IT DOESNT SHOW MY ICON ON THE BOTTOM ANYMORE ITS NOT UNDER DEVICE MANAGER ITS LIKE IT WAS NEVER THERE. I USE TO BE ABLE TO GET ON LINE WIRELESS BUT NOW I ONLY CAN THROUGH DSL. AND THATS WHEN IT DISSAPEARED IN THE FIRST PLACE IS WHEN I STARTED USING DSL. (ETHER NET)
DO I HAVE TO RELOAD THE DRIVER'S. PLEASE HELP THANKS JEN

Could you please not use CAPS. It makes your post very hard to read.
Have you checked system properties>device manager to see whether there are any '?' marks next to any hardware?

Have you tried the HP home page?

I would recommend you head into a best buy and ask the geek squad to help you out. A two hour training course along with your repair might help you more then you think. They can cover all the basics and help you understand what happened and how to fix it on your own if it suits your level of tech savvy.
