    Problem with SMC router

     
    I have an SMC Barricade g 54Mbps Wireless Cable/DSL Broadband Router. I had my desktop and laptop connected to network to the printer and modem for internet. All worked OK. Then we moved from Michigan to Florida. Had DSL in Michigan and now have Bright House Cable. Desktop will connect direct through the modem, but will not through the router. The laptop will not connect trough either the modem or router.

    before you move, what type of cable you were putting ? cat ?

    when u connect to the modem , sometimes it got disconnect after a time ?

    AT&T DSL Broadband. Using cat5 cables. Using same cables now.

    how u connect them the desktop and laptop ? with the router? or using hub with the router ?+ give me the ip's of the dekstop and laptop and the router.
