Thumbs down How to add hard drive to wireless network.

I have a linksys wireless network , wrt 350N which works well. I want to add my external hard drive to the network via the usb conection . I plug it in and what do I do next? How do I make it such that computers on the network can use the hard drive?
    Thanx

Ive noticed your router has a built in support for usb drives to share out. Go to Welcome to Linksys.com click the support section, and pick your router model. Then get the manual (or the one that was included in the box) to see how to set up a drive on the network for the router

I tried that but when I try to download the manual, my computer locks up after about 961 kb of download.

I didnt know they made routers that allow you to do that. I might have to ditch my WRT.

I imagine that you have to log into your router and configure it to host the HDD.

Open a web browser and type in "192.168.1.1" w/o the quotes. The defult username is "root" with no password. Look around in the settings. You probally need to give the dirve a name and password and maybe give permission to certain users.
