Cool
Network Connections

I really need help on this. Long story short is with a Epson Workforce 600 wireless Printer. The problem is with the card reader. The printer and scanner work fine. I mapped the drive to z: first using printer name than had to change to ip address for it to work. Then that stopped working. Spent 2 hours on phone with Epson and they ended up sending me a new one. On the new one I mapped the card to z: and it said drive in use. Changed to y: and it worked one time then it said drives in use. This is on the new printer.Went to disk manager and it did not show any extra drives. I went to my second printer and it does the same thing. It acts like it is grabbing the drives and not letting go of them. Can anybody help?? I have no idea what is wrong and Epson is referring this case to Level 3 tech support. Thanks

Can you use a different comp to set up the drive mapping? That way you can tell if its the comp or the printer. From what Ive read it seems like its the comp but its good to know for sure.

Ummm Im gonna throw some stuff against the wall and hope that something sticks.

Have you set the drive sharing to only share with one user at a time? If so disable that for now and see if it works.

What OS are you using?
Maybe something on your computer has a resource leak. Try old drivers, new drivers, make sure they are for your OS.
Try reinstalling the software.
Try installing on a fresh comp that you havent used to interact with the printer before if possaible. :/
