Internet not working on 1 computer over the network!!! HELP!!

    Hi,

I am new to this forum and this is my first problem

I have a small home business setup at home with 6 computers wired connected to the wireless modem (its a wireless modem + router) by Anydata, Model AWR-500A

    http://repiteri.ru/images/anydata_awr500a.jpg

I encountered this problem yesterday that I am unable to access the internet from one computer over the network and that is internet ONLY I can't access, I can access all the network resources from that computer i.e. file server, shared documents on other computers, network printer, etc. and vice versa.

I can even access wifi router from it and it shows that computer is connected to the network - I did not install any software / update / plugin on it for past couple of weeks, just regular work. All other computers attached to the modem (wired or wireless) are working fine no other issues. It is just the internet which I cannot access on that system.

Please note that DHCP is enabled on wifi router and on LAN as well, No MAC filtering, No IP Blocked, All the browsers on that specific system (FF / IE / Chrome) are on default setting as it was before. The switch is working fine as well, changed the port of that computer but the problem remains the same.

Does anyone have a clue what can possibly when wrong with that machine? It just happen when we shutdown the system at night and in the morning it was turned on - Internet was not working!!

    Can anyone help please?

    Thanks!!

    Hi, Saad:

    Welcome to TechIMO.

I suggest you try this: How to reset Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) in Windows XP

Does it get an IP address?

If you disconnect another machine, does it work? (Possibly a limit on the number of Internet connections).

Yes, it is getting IP address from the DHCP of the router as I am able to access the network resources.

Though there isn't any limitation in the network connection but I tried that as well but the problem remains the same.
