    Wireless Help

     
    First off i am a complete newbie to computer networking etc so sorry if i am stating the obvious lol.

    I have a wired internet connection in my house but I have a few pieces of equipment that require Wi-fi mainly my Ipod Touch and Ps3(although I know I can just use an ethernet with this I would prefer to use wireless). My question is can i just buy Wireless router, plug it into my computer and share my Wired connection through that ? or do I need anything else ?

    Any help appreciated.
