Do you have a cisco CCO account? If so you should be able to download with no problems! If not, you need to purchase the software. If you have purchased it you need to contact Cisco about getting a cco account so you can download the software!
Did you actually pay cisco for the software? If so contact Cisco to get the help you need. Cisco Call Manager is not free (and you wont get any help from here if you are trying to get it for free)
