internet explorer error!displays blank page with done on the bottom of the page

Hello all,i am trying to connect to internet and for every page it says too many connections displaying blank page but done in the bottom of page. I am in search of solution since 2 weeks sometimes the web page is open but without graphics and css, only text appears.what will be the problem??Thank You,Bibek

try deleting your temp folder, and clear your cookies. If that doesn't work download newest version of internet explorer (maybe from another computer) delete the copy you have on your computer and re-install
