wireless network conections

I have used my laptop with wireless for many months but recently it just shut down. When I go to network connections in the control panel it says my wireless network connection is not connected and I cannot find ant way of re-connection. Could you help me to reconnect and possibly prevent this problem again. Thanks

What wireless card are you using? I assume you were connecting to your wireless router/access point? Did you update the drivers or something?

As you've stated that you're using a LT, it could possibly be that the device has been disabled. Whether this can be re-enabled by a key-combination (often [Fn] + [F_number] buttons together) or it might need to be done through the Device Manager...

Let us know how it goes, and any other information that might be useful (like GZ3's questions above) if it doesn't work....
