2 DSL lines joined

I have a customer that has a 32 channel computer based dvr. ( Just upgraded them from 16). The only DSL that is available is 1.5 down 384 up. The original 16 camera setup was fine on the currnet DSL 384 up, but now adding the additional 16 there is problems with the amount of up available. There is no other broadband in the area beside T1 which is very expensive here. Can I purchase another DSL account and tie them together with a router? I have looked at the Linksys rv082 which is a dual wan router, but it looks like it only offers load balancing. Since this is the only machine on the network, would it help me out? I basically need to get the upstream to at least 512 or 768. The current line has a static address assigned from tele co. so they can view the cameras from offsite locations.

The cisco 1841 with dual adsl slots will do the job, however you need to contact your isp first to see if they have the ability to bundle two dsl lines. If they don't the best that you can hope for if fair balanced load sharing, which eould give you better multi tasking, but your bandwidth would stay at 1.5 down and 384 up. Another thing you might try is to see is business class dsl if offered in your area. With that you can get up to 6mb/s and 800 kb/s

I have checked on a business class, and the only available is a 768 down/512up, which is a decrease in downspeed but it is a constant speed similiar to t1. We are going to give this a go and see if it helps.
