Sounds like you need a wireless signal booster or repeater. There are also lots of directional antennas.

Get a laptop and do a site survey with something like netstumbler. It will tell you how strong your connection (or if you even get one from next door)

There are too many factors to determine just from the model if it will fulfill your needs
