Network Sharing access denied

Hi everyone,

I have two computer name pc01 & pc02, I am unable to share this pcs for docs sharing. Internet connection is already active in both computers also, in pc01 workgroup detected already this pc01 & pc02 but access is denied and always give the below mention popup whenever I click

"Mshome is not accessible. You might have permission to use this network
resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have
access permissions.
&
The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available."

Please help me for the same.

Was this ever working? You are trying to access the pc share through the workgroup?

have you tried going to start run typing \\remoteipofcomputer\share name?

Do you have all firewalls software off (even the built in xp one?)

^^ or also just check without the share name (\\IP\) just to eliminate the chance of spelling the share incorrectly - it should be listed in the window that appears...

Bear in mind that there will be a pop-up asking for credentials - presuming that you don't use the same username and password on both machines......
