just find what IP on the network the PS3 is using and set the DMZ in the router to that IP, save settings and it should be set.

why are you using 2 routers?

How you have to set it up depends on how the secondary router is configured.

If it is configured as a switch then you just need to setup DMZ on the main router for the IP address of the PS3.

If it is configured as a gateway you'll need to setup the secondary router IP address as DMZ on the main router and the PS3 IP address as DMZ in the secondary router.

I'd highly recommend you not use DMZ, it really is not safe. As long as you set both routers to use uPnP (most are) it should work perfectly fine. uPnP seems to only work if the client is using DHCP for the routers I've used though, so make sure you use DHCP instead of a static IP on the secondary router (if it is acting as a gateway) and the PS3.
