    RAS error 255 Merlin S720

     
    I have a Novatel Merlin S720 Sprint wireless broadband card, running on an HP dv7-1240. Software fully updated. I can't connect and keep getting RAS Error 255. It has previously worked fine. This is a new problem. Please help me get connected! Thanks.

    I would think either Sprint or Novatel would have an answer at the ready. A quick search shows this to be a common error.

    Thanks for the reply. I have found a few web posts on RAS errors but virtually nothing on error 255. It seems to be a catch-all for "unable to communicate". Sprint has been unable to assist. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and Sprint SmartView - all with no success. Any guidance is appreciated.
