harding the tcp stack?
Is it necassary to harden the tcp stack with what is described here How To: Harden the TCP/IP Stack if your using a software based firewall? I use Comodo.

No, i use XP and it can be done. The question is is it necessary with a firewall installed?

Simple enough, thanks.
I guess what this really applies to is if you are running a server, which of course has an outside facing port which could be attacked.
