    Hi all

Since my bro is bad in computers and every few days it gets screwed up. Both of us use vista. Is it possible to help him with his laptop while I am in a different country.
Are there any program or thro remote assistance. Please let me know the steps.

Ugh, I wasnt impressed by either...
I use Teamviewer, free, reliable, able to remotely reboot and reconnect without intervention, transfers files, can cut and paste over connection, etc, etc, etc.

https://secure.logmein.com/ its free, the user doesn't have to configure anything to have it pass through a firewall, and all you need to access the computer is a web browser.

I use it all the time to help close family and friends.
