Super slow internets
Ok, so I can't figure this one out. At home my work laptop has a dreadfully slow internet connection. I have ten other web connected devices in the house, and none have any issues. And the thing is that I get some connection, but just a very slow one.
The connection is full speed if I plug in, and I also get full speed on the university wimax.

Did you try resetting the router?

Just to be sure here are you using WiMax at the university or WiFi?
If you are using WiMax its a different connection so it could mean your issue is related to your WiFi card.

I actually use both wifi and wimax at the university. And it's the same card, the centrino 6250n.
