Internet Speed??

For the past week or so my Internet connection seems to have really slowed down. I get buffering with any live radio show or when watching you tube type video. Also when another computer signs on my computer nearly comes to a halt. I've done crap cleaner and have a good antivirus (acvast).

I'm running Windows 7 on a Sony VAIO. My ATT "fast access" DSL comes directly out of the wall and goes through a router for my home network.

What else can/should i do?

Do you have other computers hooked up to this network? And if so do they slow down?

There could be all kinds of issues involving DSL. Like saturated lines from water in the ground to heat.

no the other computer that uses the network is fine

Try resetting your router once.
