Help Specifying IP Range for Windows Firewall

Hello, I am confused on how to specify the "From" and "To" addresses to block IP addresses from even connecting to my server. I'm getting a bunch of bogus SMTP traffic that I would rather never even got in..

I tried to use: From: 114.36.0.0 To: 114.42.255.255

But I obviously don't know what I'm doing as this isn't blocking them.

    Thanks..

Here are a few of the addresses:

    114.36.6.110
    114.42.16.211
    114.36.13.108
    114.36.89.156
    114.36.8.105
    114.36.3.190
    114.36.88.172
    114.42.13.132
    114.42.21.86
    114.42.8.95
    114.42.4.78
    114.42.13.242
    114.42.11.193

Block IP address with Windows Firewall 2008 - GearHost Support Portal

    Here you go!

If you arent expecting any mail from China you can safely add 114.0.0.0/8 to the firewall rule If you want to deny all of the asia pacific area:

APNIC - Resource ranges allocated by APNIC
