Orange LED + Green LED = BOOOOM aka network adapter dead?

Yo forum once again, here I come with another PC and another problem
SO. From what I know my network adapter blew up. Why? Both LEDs next to my cable are lit non-stop, and ofc I cant connect to network. Both green and orange one are lit all the time. Even when I turn off my PC. LEDs Turn off only when I switch the power off. And when i switch power back again, both LEDs instanty light up. They are on with, and without cable plugged. Motherboard is Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.6GHz. Can someone confirm all these features mean what i suggested? (my integrated network adapter dead)?

OR maybe someone alrdy has sum experience with this particular problem?

Well just to clarify, you posted your cpu not your motherboard. What motherboard model did you have?

Also, have you tried reinstalling the chipset drivers / lan drivers for the board?

Ehm, seemingly these features simply meant the network adapter being dead, changing it fixed the problem (:
