But I was wondering what this means request queued and ck out how long that page was working on loading..
Now this is the Opera browser but IE6 is just as bad or worse. Is it my connection or my software?

I think the connection. Guessing you use DSL or Cable. Try rebooting your router and modem at the same time and then rebooting the PC. Usually helps...

I can't say for sure what the problem may be, but I have been experencing that same lag a couple of times recently on my system.
