Today all of the sudden my internet connection sharing quit working. I haven't changed any settings or software prior to the problem. I'm on dailup and share with 2 other w2kpro cows. The only thing they are used for is UD. Is it posible that a ISP can place some type of block so I can't share the connection? The 3 are networked through a hub. All 3 computers still see each other and I run Vnc on them so I can run them from one location, and the Vnc works great still, the only thing that isn't working is internet on the other two boxes but still works on my main box.

Bc all of the cables conections are fine or I wouldn't be able to use Vnc or transfer files from puter to puter. I think it has to do with either the ISP put some kind of block or it's to do with ICS. I don't know if ISP's can block this on dailup or not. I'm tring to remember how to refresh IP of my dailup connection. |

An ISP can't feasibly block ICS. There is nothing if the data packet that indicates ICS had a part in it.
To refresh you IP address run ipconfig /renew
edit -> did you already try rebooting the host computer and then the client computers (in that order)? |

OK here's the deal first off I did reboot the host then the clients and nothing. At first I could still transfer files from one to another but then Wamm nothing. I believe the onboard nic just shot the crap as I cant even send out a ping to the other boxes now(with the firewall shut down) I get the good ol error transmit failed error code 65. I updated the driver with the newest one. This is the first problem I've had with a K7S5A mobo out of 3 of them running. What else could cause the nic not to transmit?
edit also DM shows the nic is working properly
also tried a known good cat5e cable. And the other two boxes can ping each other still

Does the LAN NIC (on ICS host) still show the correct IP address when running IPCONFIG? probably 192.168.0.1 ? |

What make NIC chip does that board use? There might be a config utility from the chip manufacturer that will test the NIC fully for you, to rule that out as a problem.
I wouldn't trust DM, known to many as device Mangler.
Cheers
