Well, it MAY be possible to recover the FAT table. Partition Magic MIGHt be able to do it with it's FAT table tools, or you may be able to get the FAT table restored using a third party data recovery prog (could try File recovery- replacement for Drive Rescue. Try the demo first - if it works, consider purchasing.). But it's only may at best.
You could try fdisk /mbr, but I doubt that will fix it, as the data in the FAT table itself has been altered, not just the MBR.
This is a very good example of why prevention is better than cure when it comes to viruses.
