what part are you having problems with? getting internet? setting up the wireless? setting up the hardwire? seeing computers on the network.
Basically its as simple as plugging in the router, then the modem, then connect the computers. What wireless network cards are you using?

I have one and it was just that simple.. plug it in, turn it on.
Can you provide more information about the nature of the problem please?

thanks for your help people... this was actually a problem for a work colleague of mine, and he has sorted it out now, thanks to the FAQ on the Linksys site.

I have the same one, I just plugged it in and it's done. Check the firmware and make sure you have the latest firmware on the router. They had a recent firmware on this unit released early this month. Call linksys if re-flashing the firmware did not help.

I just bought one the other day and had some trouble as well. Use the setup disk that comes with it. That is what actually made it work for me. If you have more than one wireless computer, make sure to run it on those as well.
The on screen instructions are pretty simple and you should be up and running in no time.

Hey,
can anyone help me?
I just bought a Linksys Wireless G Router and Im having a problem setting it up. Im not sure if you need this, but in order to get the internet working on it, do you need to have a modem to do so? Because I just plugged in the Router to my Computer with the plug it came with.
Thanks!
