Connect 2 domains together (with Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003)?!?!??

Hi!


What I will do:

I will connect 2 different domains together.
The big problem is that that the both domains are in 2 different cities (Berlin and Munich).

The both domains should set up under Windows 2003.
Also should set up an Exchange 2003 server (with Outlook web access).

Members from both domains should have complete access to data on the other domain.
The members should login on the other domain with his local account.

Email exchange should be setup under Exchange 2003 sever (at best without POP3/SMTP).

The biggest problem is that I have no idea how to make it!!

Can someone give me some tips or info how to connect that both domains together?!?

This is pretty much the same as your other thread

Use a VPN to connect two sites together (READ - here is a source for what a VPN is http://findvpn.com/ the providers on there won't help but they do answer questions)

Use Active Directory to manage the users and resources
