i'm assuming you are using internet explorer for your browser...AFAIK you go into internet settings and select "delete all internet files" as well as location bar and history.

Does that delete ALL your history including cookies, offline and online temp files and history or is there more still floating around. I know it says delete those files but my friend wants me to delete all of his history. I know the sites that he looked at...I don't know what they were :0).....have his IP address and u can't get rid of that but is there any other little folders that have your history in them or like pics etc that most people wouldn't know about??

I use a third party software called System Mechanic. I have the option to manually clear historis such as IE, Doc, Media Player, OE, and others with a single button or scheduled....
