The reason it keeps popping back up is because you haven't disabled your system restore (assuming you have Windows XP or ME). If you HAVE to get on your computer now you can type in msconfig in the run box and then disable startup (uncheck the box). If you want to get rid of the trojan, you have to boot to safe mode, diable the system restore, run your adware or spyware program again along with virus scan, but if you don't disable system restore, you will just keep getting the damn thing again and again.
