I had a server setup for the clan, but it would always like to kick people, it wouldn't lag, just liked to kick people for no reason. But i don't have that computer anymore as I gave it to my parents for there work.

you thought about hosting yourself? The clan im in we all host our own game servers, I host our clans Tribes 1 server and I only have a 2MB connection which works out quite well.

Tachyon was hosting our old server but it got quite laggy when more than 8 people were in it. Also, bf takes a hell of a lot more bandwitdth than tribes, A HELL OF A LOT MORE!!! And for mike. BUY THE GAME!!!!!!!!

I saw one for $50 that was fairly reliable. They did hosting for Quake3, RTCW, RTCW: ET, and BF1942 I think.

I'll have to re-find that link though.

you try and find one cheaper for BF. we looked. anyplace else was higher.

The clan we speak of is [TIMO] clan. www.clanimo.com the server is our new Battlfield 1942 server. (we ask for a $5 monthly donation, and will keep it running until we run out of money.) it costs $85 a month for a 20 person private server so we need to have 17 paying members to break even.

what is this "clan" that you speak of?? i want in!
