I wouldnt recomend booting off C: drive in my experience it always cause trouble and problems sooner or later.

You need to change boot order in bios ( press F2 or delete ) when u reboot your PC.

    What I would do :

Copy everythin from D: drive that u want to save on to C: drive. ( back up )

Than remove C drive from your system and install regular windows on your old D: drive now C: drive.

After you are done just add second hardrive ( old c: drive ) and use it as storage or what ever are your needs.
