    Meanwhile, back on topic....

I hope those things aren't too expensive. Sounds like the FBI might not be getting many of them back. I'd hate to have those on my P&L report.

    Hey Theo,

Just checking, are you serious about your signature block? You don't think FOX is a little more objective than NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC? I think they are as left wing as FOX is right wing. Why all the pressure to get Beck off the air? Why now the pressure to close down Judge Napolitanos' Freedom Watch? They aren't being pulled because of low ratings, that's certain. Yeah, Beck's new GBTV is a sellout, he plugs at least two of his branded products per email with links to todays' shows. That bothers me.

But I won't even watch another channel except to check and see if they are still spewing Obama rhetoric. They are.

And now, of course, the Feebs can't find them:
After the ruling, the FBI had a problem collecting the devices that it had turned off, Mr. Weissmann said. In some cases, he said, the FBI sought court orders to obtain permission to turn the devices on briefly only in order to locate and retrieve them.

FBI turns off 3,000 GPS trackers after Supreme Court ruling

By Sean Gallagher | Published February 26, 2012 3:30 PM

Andrew Weissmann, general counsel for the FBI, has announced that his agency is switching off thousands of Global Positioning System-based tracking devices used for surveillance after a Supreme Court decision last month. Weissmann made the statement during a University of San Francisco School of Law symposium on communications privacy this past Friday.
