Best bang for the buck would have to go to the Vantec AeroFlow. Excellent heatsick design with a YS Tech TMD fan for incredible cooling while still being relatively quiet. Very good performance! I've got some on my boxes. One is an Athlon 2500+ XP Full load @ 38c! Great HSF and isn't so big that it doesn't fit on some mobos.

Search around these forums and you'll find alot of happy people with the Vantec. Check my first post HERE for alot of reviews for the AeroFlow.

One thing you want to look at is how much noise the fan puts out. My Coolermaster HHC-001 sounds like a tornado.
