What's best Video capture format for burning DVD's?
What is the best format to capture video before burning to dvd? I'm leaning toward the quality side not so much the memory space savings and speed. Who has the best software for this capture format? I'm trying to make TV captures look like store bought dvd quality. I doubt I'll get that but I want to come as close as possible. Thanks for any suggestions.

I'm sure you know that if the tv show comes in fuzzy it will always be fuzzy no matter how high a format you use. So if it does have a little fuzz stay with the mpeg-1 and put it on cd. If it is nice and crisp go with the mpeg-2 and put it on dvd. Cds are about $.25, Dvd is between $2.00 and $5.00 depending on where you get them.
Also try vcdhelp.com .There is a lot to learn from them.
