US lights should not be very bright, but should make UV reflective surfaces glow. That's the idea.

ditto Osprey. They're not called "black-lights" for nothing. Ever seen anything bright black?

if you want bright, glowing colors, get a neon style cold cathode. Like this: http://www.xpcgear.com/12ccflblue.html

To simulate UV, close your eyes and imagine you can't see anything.

you cant mix and match with UV lights.. they're to be used in a dark setup using UV reactive or glow in the dark products...and no other lighting.
UV Paint ... can be used for THIS, mod, and can be done to all the cards, drives, and inside of case...
I used a piece of mirror cut to fit in the bottom of the case to get more of an effect..
SVC... is a great place for UV products..

I have saw all of these things done. I am aware that black lights are not very brights but some are brighter than others. I guess no one has any recommendations.

Use the UV ones, and get some cold cathodes to go along with them.

Sorry Roosta, but theyre are MANY brands and it is very hard to recommend one being brighter than another unless youve used several different brands...
I have used THESE with good results..
    -----------
I have noticed the lights with the White stipes arent very bright however... one of the local shops carry them and its obvious they're dimmer than other brands side to side..
