Another low cost alternative is to cut out some of the fabric from pantyhose.

I use that on my dryer hose mod setup... I have a 120mm front and side intake fan, so just cutting the toe part out gives me nearly perfect fit, and they are washable.

I also have used the dryer fabric sheets and they work pretty good as well.

you could build a cabinet to surround your pc only make it 3 inches clearance on sides back and top with foam padding sealing front (leaving face exposed) install a pair of blowers to pump in air and filter the intakes of the blowe. make sure you have exaust vents in the cabinet (this works very well on my shop computers as they are exposed to large amounts of dust)
