Motherboard:graphics card help
hi all need ur help

i have a ABIT: BD7II/BD7II-RAID motherboard and going to buy a NVIDIA GeForce 6600 512MB PCI-E Graphics Video Card

will the graphics card work on that motherboard?

No. The card you're trying to get is PCI-E. You need an AGP card.

No, I'm not...

FYI, PCI is totally different from PCI-E (PCI-Express). A PCI-E graphics card will NOT work in a PCI slot...

That card will perform better -- a whole lot better -- than the card you originally listed...
