I have 2 gig of pc6400 i think its pc6400 anyway. And i woundering if its worth getting abother 2 gig to make it 4gig? i have.....
windows vista 32 bit
amd 6000+ dual core

if its the right price why not. i wouldnt go out of my way (or budget for that matter) if your machine is running fine. Are you having problems with editing video gaming etc being slow if so it may be worth while but i would say at this stage with what u say u have you could probly spend ur money on some thing more worth wile like my phone bill lol |

32bit OS can only see 3.25Gb of ram. IF you want all for 4gigs to show, you need to get a 64bit OS. |

i didnt know that about the 3.25gb thanks Karma.
I wouldnt advise going to the 64 bit as it can get tricky finding updated software for it as there isnt a great demand for it |

Software will run, just not a lot of 64 bit stuff out there.
Let me rephrase. You can run 32 bit software on a 64 bit OS, however there isn't a lot of 64 bit programs and apps. right now.

either way ur call ive said it before ill say it again do a bit of research about the pro's and cons of a 64 bit os |

yah ok it may work for you truth be told i havnt had a problem (well nothing big) with it I just know people who have had problems i wasnt meaning to rag on it |
